Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- During the planting season, orders are generally shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure optimal transit conditions.
- For pre-season orders, shipments are scheduled based on the appropriate planting time for your region to help ensure product success upon arrival.
- While customers may request specific shipping dates, these cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada. Customers are required to comply with applicable import regulations, including obtaining necessary permits where required. Karsten Nursery will assist with required documentation, such as USDA Plant Health Inspection certificates. International shipping costs and delivery timelines may vary.
