Terms & Conditions
All customers are required to pay in full upon order placement. Your stock is not reserved until we receive your full payment. Full payment is required in advance of shipment of any nursery stock. Payment can be made via all major credit cards, or by sending a check in advance of expected shipping date.
Warranty
Numerous conditions over which we have no control often govern results that customers may have with plants. Because of these conditions of which we can exercise no control, it is impossible to guarantee planting results and continued growth of plants. Under no circumstance shall the seller be liable for a sum which exceeds the total of the order.
We honor the standard industry wholesale warranty, which is: arrival of healthy and viable nursery stock is guaranteed or replacement plants will be provided.
All reports of stock NOT VIABLE upon arrival, MUST be reported within 72 hours of shipment arrival in order to receive replacement nursery stock.
Generally our objective is a happy customer, so if you are not happy with your stock received please let us know and we will make it right.
